Tier 1- Live Classes & Challenges

No other platform offers this kind of consistent, structured speaking practice. Monthly speaking challenges help motivate you to stay on track and progress your Spanish. Live Classes (Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced) typically held Tuesday & Thursday nights, with occasional classes on Friday & Sunday evenings. Spanish Resource Section with recorded live classes, interactive listening practice, grammar, vocab, pronunciation & more.

Tier 2- 1:1 Coaching & Individualized Study Program

For more structure and accountability, choose the Tier 2 membership. Beginner-Advanced students welcome. Includes all of the Tier 1 membership benefits (live classes, speaking challenges, access to the Spanish Resources library). Additionally, meet with me monthly for 1:1 coaching and to receive a custom study program aimed to provide direction and accountability for learning Spanish.

Summer Book Club

The book: We'll be reading La niña que llego del mar by Sylma García González. Students are responsible for getting a copy of the book. If you have a Kindle, I recommend reading on Kindle for ease of looking up vocab without disrupting your reading flow. What level: Intermediate-Advanced students. Not recommended for students who have been studying Spanish for less than a year. Book Club Meetings: Wednesdays 8pm Eastern via Zoom. Wednesday, July 1st - Wednesday, July 29th. These sessions will be recorded and posted for anyone who can't attend live. What will the meetings be like? 30 minutes discussion in Spanish: We'll use the discussion questions that are posted a full week ahead of class for this section. 15-20 minutes grammar review: Questions about grammar and sentence structure? Bring your questions to this part of class and I'll help clarify! 10-15 minutes sharing sentences with new vocab: For students who aren't quite ready to jump into the discussion in Spanish, this portion of our meetings provides an opportunity for more structured speaking practice. It's more than just the meetings! Weekly challenges encourage active engagement with the book beyond our meetings. Students can practice reading aloud by uploading audios, reflect on the reading by responding to discussion questions, and strengthen their vocabulary by sharing new words and using them in their own sentences. Exclusive Resources: I've been studying Spanish for 20 years and have been teaching it for 6 years. I know the parts that will be challenging for you! Receive explanations of challenging parts, access to my notes and discussion questions.
